I forgot my mailbox combination and/or box number. What can I do?

This information can usually be obtained online, but the system is unfortunately down. Come into the Mountainview Office and we can tell you your combo and/or box number.

I lost the key to my room and/or suite. What should I do?

Come into the Mountainview Office and report that it is lost. You will be given a temporary key until your new one is activated. Keep in mind that a fee will charged to your student account for key replacements.


I don't feel comfortable with my current living situation. What can I do?

First, talk to your RA and see if the situation can be mediated or respolved. If this doesn't work, talk to your RD. If you still have concerns, come into the Mountainview Office and you can request a room change (provided its during an approved time for room changes).

I'd like to hang a flyer/poster in Mountainview. Are there any requirements?

All flyers and banners MUST be submitted to the Mountainview Office before they can be hung in the dorms or dining hall.
We will accept 10 flyers (2 per residence hall, 2 for the bulletin boards in Appalacian)
Large posters to be hung in the dining hall CANNOT exceed 3'x4' and must be submitted to the Office. It will be hung 3 days before the event.
