Roosevelt Hall is houses approximately 200 students. There is one professional Resident Director and six Resident Assistants (RAs) who live in the building and are available to assist all Roosevelt residents with their needs through providing both social and educational events in the hall, academic advising assistance, and being able to connect students with resources throughout the Binghamton University community. Roosevelt Hall also houses Roosevelt Hall Council, which is a student run hall government.
