While students were busy preparing for Commencement activities in the Hinman Dining Hall, they were surprised to see Paul Reiser '77 (a former Hinman resident!!) stroll into the room. Paul was awarded the Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters at the Harpur College Morning Commencement Ceremony in May 2000. Co-Rec in Central Park 2006!
The sixth annual Co-Rec in Central Park was held on July 29, 2006. Hinman Faculty Master, Al Vos, worked along with Sara Sherbach '03, Melissa Kiner '00 , and Valerie Potopsingh'04 to organize this fun event for both alumni and current Hinmanites. There was lots of food, drink, giveaways and some very cool t-shirts designed by current Hinman resident, Yachao Zhang.
