Welcome to Hinman!

Hinman College is a spirited residential area, with an emphasis on community, tradition, and its residents' active involvement in the social and academic life of the college. Hinman is a leader in the learning communities movement, and has its own Discovery Center, study center and computer pod, as well as tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball courts, student managed weight room, and dining hall. Hinman has a long tradition of strong student government, and is located beside the campus Nature Preserve on spacious green expanses.
